July 23, 2026 | Albourne, UK – EcoVadis, one of the world’s authorities in corporate sustainability, has awarded Technetix a Gold Medal rating. Their score places them in the global top 3% of all organizations assessed.
The assessment considers metrics across different areas of sustainability to evaluate company performance and alignment to responsible practices. They cover environment, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement up and down company supply and value chains.
Group Operational Excellence & Sustainability Director, Anna Burns, says, “This award recognizes Technetix’ progress towards becoming even more responsible, resilient, and sustainable. Over the last year, we’ve strengthened support for our people, enhanced responsible business practices, and engaged more closely with suppliers. These efforts have built on our outstanding environmental performance to deepen sustainability across the business.”
Gold Medals indicate advanced sustainability performance and are awarded to organizations whose overall score falls on or above the 95th percentile (top 5%). To meet this threshold, companies must demonstrate strong management systems, measurable actions, and evidence of continual progress. Technetix’ overall score this year positions them at the 97th percentile, equivalent to the global top 3%. Initiatives that have contributed to Technetix’ 2026 rating include ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety certification, on-site supplier sustainability audits, and enhanced mineral sourcing due diligence.
