Technetix’ CS18 cable simulators offer dB variants from
3 dB to 18 dB with a frequency range of 5 MHz to 1800
MHz. The cable simulators compensate for the differential
frequency signal and power loss across the length of a cable
by simulating the effect of the signal loss, therefore equalizing
the signals of the higher and lower frequencies. The cable simulators are backwards compatible with legacy networks.
