On October 2nd, Sandy Howe, EVP and President, Americas celebrated her induction into the Cable Pioneers TV – Class of 2019 at the SCTE/ISBE Cable-Tec Expo in New Orleans.
The Cable TV Pioneers is a group of people recognised for their contribution to the growth and innovation of the industry as well as those that have served the business in the past. Sandy joined the cable industry twenty five years ago as a system engineer designing cable optical systems and quickly became a leader and contributor to the companies she worked for and the customers she served in sales, marketing and general management. She continues to contribute now at Technetix. She has strengthened Technetix Americas – the people, processes and profitability – while building stronger relationships with customers and evangelising the innovative solutions we offer.
Sandy was joined by Paul Broadhurst, CEO, Technetix and her two nominees Ron Coppock, Member of the Strategic Advisory Board, Technetix and Kevin Leddy, SVP, Technology Planning & Application, Charter.
One of Sandy's sponsors for this award wrote: “Those of you who know Sandy, know that she stands out in many ways: Her personal style is remarkably friendly and appealing; she has poise and confidence that are strong, but not arrogant; her work ethic has always been exceptional; her integrity and honesty are impeccable; and her ability to be an effective team member and leader has always been great”.
Sandy is an outstanding example of Technetix’ values – passionate, agile, trustworthy – and someone who lives and breathes our 'Customer is King' focus.
